摘要

•Fatigue in Parkinson's disease (PD) was associated with worse motor and non-motor symptoms.•High plasma levels of TNF-α and p-α-syn were strongly associated with the occurrence of fatigue in PD.•Plasma TNF-α and p-α-syn would be probably promising biomarkers in discriminating PD with fatigue from PD without fatigue.
