Test of D-Band Folded Waveguide Traveling-Wave Tube

摘要

A D-band folded waveguide traveling wave tube was fabricated and tested in this paper. When voltage and current of beam is 18.71 kV and 56.6 mA, the electron transmission ratio is 90%. The hot test results show that the output power exceeds 15.4 W at 152 GHz, with gain of 48.37 dB.
