Abstract
A Ka-band Serpentine waveguide (SWG) Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) circuit using the elastic averaging precision alignment techniques was designed and fabricated. The alignment accuracy of the assembled circuit was evaluated using a scanning coordinate measurement machine (CMM) with key circuit RF and electron beam features achieving an RMS alignment value of 7 microns
