Abstract
The article aims to simulate the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with composite materials, based on PE filled with conductive particles (type A and B), when subjected to the electromagnetic field, using specialized CST Studio software. Using the Nicolson, Ross, Weir procedure in vacuum, a plane electromagnetic wave was applied to the polymer nanocomposite material to be able to calculate the volumetric density of the absorbed power and the specific absorption rate (SAR) for models with a uniform and random distribution of inserts.
