GLARE层板热态气压成形工艺参数影响规律研究

Abstract
以玻璃纤维增强金属层合板(GLARE)为对象,研究单曲率GLARE层板的热态气压成形性能.分别针对热固性和热塑性树脂基GLARE层板,以成形试件的壁厚分布和成形深度为表征参数,试验探究了温度和压强2 个关键工艺参数对不同树脂基体GLARE层板热态气压成形性能的影响机理和规律.结果表明:成形温度过高会使得 2 类树脂均发生分解失效,导致层板出现分层、破裂等缺陷;高温下熔融状态树脂的流动性增加,上下层板的挤压使其沿径向向外流动,使得试件中心厚度减小;同时,压边圈的压力作用引发树脂堆积,使得圆角区域层板厚度增加.温度为110~140℃时,热固性树脂基GLARE层板成形质量良好,试件贴合模具的最低压强为4 MPa;温度在170~200℃区间内时,热塑性树脂基GLARE层板成形质量最优,试件贴合模具的最低压强为3 MPa.
