摘要
•PFA-100 results are commonly suggestive of an impaired primary haemostatic capacity.•Long in vitro bleeding time tended to increase risks of adverse liver-related outcomes.•PFA-100 results were not associated with bleeding/thrombotic events.•Our findings do not support the hypothesis that increased platelet adhesion – assessed in vitro under shear stress by PFA-100 – promotes ACLD progression.
