Abstract
近些年来,高级实践护士在国内外发展速度较快,但其角色作用评价存在不一致的情况.分析原因,可能是缺乏理论框架的指导来进行高级实践护士角色作用的评价.该文对高级实践护士的概念、类别、角色评估框架及其在角色作用评价中的应用现况进行综述,以期明确高级实践护士的角色价值,进而推动我国高级护理实践的发展.
