海洋平台往复式压缩机的振动分析及减振措施

Abstract
往复式压缩机是海洋平台实施采集、增压和运输的关键设备,其运行过程所产生的振动会给平台安全生产带来隐患,针对压缩机进行动力响应评估是非常必要的.以某平台改造新增往复压缩机为例,采用ANASYS软件建立平台上部组块有限元模型对平台进行模态分析、谐响应分析和瞬态响应分析,其结果均满足规范要求,针对性地提出压缩机控制和减振措施,以确保往复压缩机在海上平台的安全运行.压缩机的动力分析方法也可以应用到海洋平台其他设备的振动分析,为类似项目提供参考和借鉴.
