Abstract
帕金森病为神经系统变性疾病,常表现为静止性震颤、肌肉强直、行动徐缓和步态、姿势不稳.经筋包含筋肉、神经系统,可联系筋骨关节、维持脏器稳定与躯体运动平衡.帕金森病与经筋系统存在一定相关性,基于经筋理论探讨帕金森病的诊治方案,从经筋理论溯源,阐述帕金森病的病机与指导施治,并列出常用药对与验案举例,为中医药防治帕金森病提供理论依据.
