Abstract
滑液囊支原体感染可引起鸡的滑膜炎、腱鞘炎、气囊炎、蛋壳尖端异常等,给家禽养殖造成严重的经济损失.随着免疫学和分子生物学技术的发展,相应的检测方法也在不断完善.文章从滑液囊支原体的分离鉴定、血清学和分子生物学方面对该病的检测方法进行综述,对各种方法的优缺点进行分析,为鸡滑液囊支原体感染的检测提供参考.
