低升糖指数水稻是食用后使人体血糖缓慢上升并能减少胰岛素负荷、易感饱腹以及减轻糖尿病、心血管疾病、肥胖、高血脂症等症状的水稻.综述了功能性稻米、稻米升糖指数、国内外低升糖指数水稻研究现状与发展前景,旨在对中国低升糖指数水稻品种的选育及其产业开发提供借鉴.
