Abstract
中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)疾病由于病因和发病机制的复杂性,目前仍缺乏有效的治疗手段.GABAB受体广泛分布于神经元和胶质细胞中,在调节神经递质释放和神经元兴奋性中发挥重要作用.现已证明GABAB受体参与多种CNS疾病的发生发展,包括癫痫、抑郁、脑卒中、阿尔茨海默病及自身免疫性脑炎等疾病.因此,明确GABAB受体在CNS疾病中的病理角色,对GABAB受体相关药物的开发及临床应用至关重要.本文从GABAB受体结构和功能出发,综述其参与各类CNS疾病的具体机制.
