Abstract
肌少症是一种进行性全身性骨骼肌疾病,属中医学"痿证"中的"肉痿".脾胃气虚是肌少症发病的基础,"肌肉濡渍"是肌少症发病的关键因素."肌肉濡渍"可使肌肉失荣而瘦削,影响肌肉质量和力量,而通过健脾养胃、导引练功则可立形体、壮四肢.本文基于"肌肉濡渍",探讨了肌少症的中医发病机制及防治措施,为肌少症的防治提供了新的思路.
