Abstract
目的解析土壤中不同矿质元素对板栗总糖和淀粉含量的影响程度,为通过养分调控板栗品质提供理论依据。方法选取河北省8个板栗主产县(市)盛果期栗园,测定其土壤中主要矿质元素及果实总糖和淀粉含量,通过相关性、逐步回归和通径分析等方法,分析各指标间的关联性。结果栗园土壤中N、P、K、Ca、Cu、Na含量差异较大,而Fe、Mn、Mg含量差异较小;板栗栗果的总糖含量与土壤K和Mg含量极显著负相关,与土壤Mn含量显著正相关;淀粉含量与土壤N、K、Cu含量显著或极显著负相关,与土壤Ca含量显著正相关;直链淀粉含量与土壤N、K、Cu、Mn含量显著负相关,与土壤Ca含量显著正相关;支链淀粉含量与土壤N、K含量显著或极显著负相关。确立了总糖、淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量与土壤主要矿质元素含量的回归方程。结论土壤K含量与板栗总糖和淀粉含量密切相关,可作为总糖和淀粉性状优劣的选择指标;土壤养分对板栗总糖和淀粉含量有促进效应也有制约作用,土壤增施Fe肥、适量减少K和Cu元素可提高板栗总糖和支链淀粉含量。
