Abstract
牙源性干细胞(DSCs)具有很好的自我更新及多向分化的潜能,是再生医学和组织工程领域重要的种子细胞.但DSCs衰老导致的增殖分化能力及细胞生理功能的衰退严重阻碍了其应用.自噬通过维持细胞的代谢稳态,在DSCs的衰老过程中发挥着重要的调节作用.本文从自噬对DSCs衰老的作用以及抗衰老药物对DSCs自噬的影响作一综述,以期为深入探索DSCs衰老的研究及防治老年病建立基础.
