Associations between suicidality and interoception in obsessive-compulsive disorder

•We examined relationships between interoception and suicidality in an OCD sample.•Current suicidal ideation was associated with decreased body trusting.•History of suicide attempt was associated with greater noticing of body sensations.•Potential implications for understanding suicide risk in OCD are discussed.
