摘要

Oxygen-containing groups of size-selected graphene oxide flakes are critical for turning gas hydrate nucleation. The ordered water around carboxyl and carbonyl accelerates gas hydrate nucleation, while the disordered water surrounding hydroxyl inhibits it.
