摘要
In this paper, a new species of Dryadaulidae, Dryadaula angustivalva sp. nov. is described from Korea and China, and Eudarcia dentata Gaedike, 2000 (Meessiidae) is reported from Korea for the first time. The male genitalia of Dryadaula are asymmetrical and highly modified, and the terminology for the structures has been confused in the literature. We discuss the genital and pregenital abdominal structures of D. angustivalva sp. nov. in detail to better understand the morphology of the highly complex components. Based on studies of Chinese, Korean and New Zealand species, we propose a revised interpretation of Dryadaula male genitalia structure, and suggest corrections to some previous interpretations. Illustrations of adults, male and female genitalia, wing venation and a distribution map are presented as well as the DNA barcode information. In addition, we consider the placement of the genus Brachydoxa Meyrick, 1917 in Dryadaulidae to be questionable.
