Abstract
为深入了解吉林省蓝莓鲜果品质特性,对吉林省 3 个品种蓝莓果实的横径与纵径、单果重、果形指数、含水量、可溶性固形物含量等指标进行测定分析.结果表明,多数指标在品种间均存在显著差异,对 3 个品种蓝莓果实进行主成分分析,共提取出 2 个主成分,二者累积方差贡献率为100%.对 3 个品种蓝莓果实进行综合得分计算,发现'BC'品种得分最高.
