调脾法在咳嗽中的运用

文章通过论述脾的生理及病理特点,揭示了脾失健运与咳嗽的发病有着极为密切的关系,认为脾虚是咳嗽形成的重要机制,并总结了从脾论治咳嗽的理、法、方、药,拓展了治疗咳嗽的临床思路.在咳嗽的治疗过程中,应全方位考虑而不是局限于肺,运用调脾之法治疗咳嗽亦能取得良好的效果.
