牧繁农育、北繁南育是中国肉牛产业模式的典型特点,牛群运输是肉牛产业的重要环节.短距离或长距离的运输导致牛只出现运输应激,出现精神紧张、疲劳、脱水、生产性能下降、发病率提高、肉品质变差等问题.在运输前后及运输过程中采取恰当的措施可以缓解肉牛运输应激,降低发病率和死淘率,保障牛群的健康.
