管桩新型抱箍式机械连接接头设计与抗弯性能试验研究

Abstract
为提高管桩的接桩质量和效率,研发了一种新型抱箍式机械连接接头,该接头采用分段抱箍结合燕尾槽扣接装配结构形式.根据结构设计提出了桩身受拉、受剪和受弯工况下的接头受力计算模型.通过足尺抗弯性能试验,分析接头部件的变形受力规律.结果表明:接头部件变形由桩身底部向顶部呈递减规律;接头变形与接头受力工况密切相关,受拉时的峰值位移均大于受压,受拉最大应变发生在接头底部,受压最大应变发生在接头中下部;接头抗弯承载力与理论计算值基本一致,说明该接头具有良好的抗弯性能.
