电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钼铜合金中铜含量

Abstract
用盐酸-硝酸体系溶解钼铜合金试样,经电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对钼铜合金铜元素含量进行测定,铜元素分析谱线为324.247、327.396 nm.采用基体匹配法将基体钼带来的干扰影响加以消除,铜质量分数在0%～4%时光谱强度线性关系良好,线性系数超过0.999,定量下限0.003%.测定结果相对标准偏差低于2%(n=11),样品加标回收率101.0%～101.5%.该方法优势较为突出,主要体现在方便、准确、快速,工厂生产钼铜合金样品测定需求可得到很好的满足.
