Abstract
肾间质纤维化是各种慢性肾脏病进展至终末期肾病的共同病理过程,上皮-间质转化是肾间质纤维化的关键环节.线粒体是调控机体内环境稳态平衡的重要细胞器,其可通过细胞呼吸产生三磷酸腺苷,在肾间质纤维化过程中发挥重要作用.线粒体质量控制通过线粒体自噬、线粒体动力学及线粒体生物合成调控肾间质纤维化.本文就线粒体质量控制调控上皮-间质转化在肾间质纤维化中作用机制的研究进展作一综述.
