Abstract
目的:利用两样本孟德尔随机化方法探究茶摄入量与膀胱癌发病风险之间的因果关系.方法:采用公共数据库中的茶摄入量全基因组关联分析数据和膀胱癌全基因组关联分析数据,通过逆方差加权法、MR-Egger回归分析、加权中位数分析等两样本孟德尔随机化方法来评估茶摄入量与膀胱癌之间的因果关系.最后进行敏感性分析来评估结果的稳定性和可靠性.结果:逆方差加权法(OR =0.999,95%CI:0.995~1.000,P =0.46520)、MR-Egger回归分析(OR =1.000,95%CI:0.984~1.017,P =0.94525)、加权中位数方法(OR =0.998,95%CI:0.993~1.003,P =0.49728)分析均显示茶摄入量与膀胱癌发病风险之间没有因果关系(P>0.05).结论:孟德尔随机化结果显示茶摄入量与膀胱癌发病风险之间无因果关系.
