Abstract
基于城轨车辆的防爬器结构开展结构轻量化优化设计研究.利用有限元仿真软件HyperWorks与LS-DYNA,建立城轨车辆碰撞仿真模型,并对碰撞过程进行数值模拟与仿真分析.通过对防爬器结构与材料等进行优化设计改进,实现在防爬器结构减重的同时,提升了防爬器结构的耐撞性和抗偏性能.研究结果表明,优化后的防爬器结构重量为68.04kg,相较于优化前的防爬器结构,减重17.97%,并且优化后的防爬器结构能够满足主动车在初始碰撞速度25km/h下以可控渐进形式变形吸收能量的碰撞安全标准设计要求.
