摘要
The increasing emission of CO2 has induced severe ecological problems. In this work, CO2 absorption was first in situ integrated with continuous electrodialysis metathesis (EDM) for controllable NaHCO3/NH4Cl or Na2CO3/ NH4Cl production from CO2, NaCl and NH3 center dot H2O. The feeding rate of this combined system was first optimized and a "feeding-diffusing" model was established to simulate the kinetics. Afterwards, the gas-liquid molar ratio was adjusted for controllable production of NaHCO3/NH4Cl or Na2CO3/NH4Cl. At the gas-liquid molar ratio above 1.6, NaHCO3 and NH4Cl could be controllably produced while Na2CO3 and NH4Cl were produced in the range from 0.5 to 0.6 gas-liquid molar ratio. During the whole process, the migration of ammonia hydrated ions was observed as the dominant factor influencing the purities of NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 while it had little impact on that of NH4Cl. Finally, the potential applications of the integrated process were analyzed for the development of integrated CCUS processes.
