摘要
•Fe2+ reconstructs the film structure along with γ-MnO2 co-deposition.•Fe2+ stimulates the formation of γ-MnO2 with more oxygen vacancies and Mn3+.•Anodic film with Mn3+ and oxygen vacancy accelerated OER and inhibit Pb release.•The total plate anode slime reduction rate of Pb/Fe-MnO2 was reached at 90%.
