Abstract
针对乡村地区低压配电台区广泛存在的由于炒茶炉或电采暖等时段性大负荷引起的低电压问题,传统的电网规划方法往往为了提高供电能力而大幅度增大配电设备,从而导致配电变压器在低负荷时段轻载运行且损耗高.为了满足节能和低碳发展的需要,设计了一套采用有载调容调压变压器并基于模型预测控制(model predictive control,MPC)技术的日前调度和日内校正相结合的配电台区供电时段性低电压治理及经济运行优化调控策略,最后为适应未来新型电力系统发展形态,用含不同分布式光伏电源比例配电网算例验证了所提方法的有效性和对新型电力系统发展的适应性.
