Abstract
病原性细菌和真菌给动植物健康和食品安全带来严重危害,在"限抗"背景下寻求有效的、环境友好的防治措施迫在眉睫.解淀粉芽胞杆菌作为一种益生菌已广泛应用于生物防治领域,其代谢产物可作用于细菌的细胞壁、细胞膜、核酸等结构,抑制真菌生长和孢子萌发,增强宿主的抗感染能力等,在植物、畜禽疾病的防治和食品保鲜中发挥着重要作用.本文综述了解淀粉芽胞杆菌的抗菌机制,以期为采用解淀粉芽胞杆菌作为生物防治剂提供科学参考.
