316L钢表面LZS/CMAS玻璃陶瓷梯度涂层残余热应力有限元分析

Abstract
基于玻璃陶瓷具有良好的高温稳定性、抗腐蚀性和耐磨性等特点,设计了Li2O-ZnO-SiO2/CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 玻璃陶瓷梯度材料涂层以提高铅基反应堆泵叶轮用 316L钢抗铅铋冲刷腐蚀的能力,并延长其服役时间.采用有限元软件ANSYS,分析了梯度涂层层数N、厚度H和层间Li2O-ZnO-SiO2/CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 成分分布指数p对涂层与基体界应力的影响及规律,并与单层涂层的残余热应力进行了对比分析.结果表明:梯度涂层对缓和残余热应力效果较为明显;当取梯度层层数N=3、涂层厚度H=0.6 mm、成分分布指数p=0.6 时,残余热应力缓和效果较优.此模拟分析结果可为该涂层的优化设计提供理论指导.
