Abstract
采用激光合金化技术,在 45 钢基体上制备了Cr3B7Mox合金化涂层,研究了钼含量对涂层的组织及性能的影响.结果表明:涂层组织为Fe-Cr、Fe2B、Fe-Mo、CrxFey相;随着钼含量的增加,涂层底部的组织由粗大的胞柱状晶向细小的胞状晶转变,涂层心部的组织由粗大的柱状晶转变为树枝状的多边形枝晶,涂层表层的组织由胞状晶转变为多边形的细小等轴晶;涂层的硬度呈下降趋势;涂层的磨损率先减后增,并且其耐磨性最好,为 0.72×10-14 m3/(N·m).涂层的磨损机理为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损结合的形式.
