目前,绝缘气体已成为提升高压电气设备绝缘与灭弧等性能的重要手段,但其潜在的安全风险不容忽视,如何有效分析高压电气设备气体的危害并采取相应的防范措施,一直是业内长期探索的课题.文章简要介绍了失效产生的有害气体对高压设备的破坏,探讨了基于移动质谱技术的高压设备绝缘气体分解产物检测系统,研究了检测系统的性能评估与分析,以期为降低有害气体对环境的影响奠定基础.
