Abstract
腹膜透析是一种以家庭为基础的肾脏替代治疗方式,越来越多的终末期肾脏病(End-stage renal disease,ESRD)患者选择腹膜透析. 腹膜透析患者的生存质量及预后越来越受关注,根据国内外文献研究,容量超负荷、营养不良、慢性炎症和心血管疾病是腹膜透析患者的常见并发症,且这些并发症会相互加剧,并导致不良预后.
