Study on resting-state functional connectivity in tic disorder patients
JOURNAL OF THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY(2023)
摘要
Tic disorder begins at a very young age and is associated with various levels of life-threatening difficulties, yet its pathophysiology is understudied. fMRI studies included areas related to activating and suppressing motor symptoms and premonitory urges. This study aimed to use graph theory to understand the functional network of brains from individuals with tic disorder and further investigate the resting-state functional connectivity (rsFC) changes of significant regions.
