The whole child wellness clinic: a novel approach to integrated care

Research has shown the benefits of family peer supports in various settings. In High Fidelity Wraparound, peer supports have been integral in decreasing hospital admissions and improving long-term outcomes. There are not models that exist of how to best incorporate family peers in this type of setting, but the anticipation was that this would provide a significant benefit to participating families in a combined visit clinical setting.
