Abstract
In prior work, we have found that CBT can be effectively and efficiently delivered without inclusion of relaxation sessions. Here we seek to confirm this finding with a larger sample and test for patient-specific predictors of response to exposure-focused CBT (EF-CBT). We hypothesize that EF-CBT response would be better in patients with less severe baseline anxiety and fewer comorbid symptoms but would not be impacted by treatment delivery context (ie, in-person vs virtually). We will also explore the effects of age on outcomes.
