This presentation reviews emerging priorities in child and adolescent psychiatry consultation-liaison (CL). Key principles of the management of substance use disorders (SUDs) and gender dysphoria (GD) are highlighted, with a focus on the child and adolescent psychiatry CL context and interplay with co-occurring physical illness.
