摘要

•Some m6A-SNPs can be identified and the potential role of these m6A-SNPs can be understood in our analysis.•We identified SNP-WER-gene -disease quadruplexes in MS、PD and AD.•We found m6A-SNP rs1063355 regulated the expression of the local gene HLA-DQB1 in MS and alter the regulatory motifs AIRE and HNF1. rs2289477 was predicted to regulate the expression of the local gene ATG16L1 in PD.
