Practice Preferences for Consolidative Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Following Tisagenlecleucel in Children and Young Adults with B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

•We conducted a survey of 59 CAR-T prescribers on preferences for post-tisagenlecleucel cHSCT.•KMT2A-R, high disease burden, and blinatumomab NR had high respondent cHSCT preference.•There is wide variability in BCR and NGS MRD positivity management preferences post-tisa-cel.•Data gaps in the management of tisa-cel recipients requiring study are highlighted.
