Abstract
RNA的5-甲基胞嘧啶(m5C)甲基化是一种常见的转录后修饰类型,该RNA甲基化修饰过程受到RNA m5C甲基转移酶及其结合蛋白等调控体系的联合作用.RNA m5C甲基化调控与消化系统癌症密切相关,其水平异常影响癌症的发生发展进程,m5C水平升高可促进特定的癌细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移.RNA m5C甲基化及调节体系有望成为消化系统癌症的新型生物标志物,为其预防、干预和治疗提供潜在的作用靶点.
