Abstract
A rapid on-site analytical method for 13 kinds of bisphenol (BP) compounds in toys using magnetic ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (MIL-DLLME) combined with a miniature mass spectrometer was established. The plastic toy samples with different matrices were first thoroughly dissolved in organic solvents, and then extracted using a MIL [C4MIM ] [ FeC1(4) ] for vortex extraction. Then, Fe(3)0(4) nanoparticles (NPs) were added for centrifugation, and [ C4MIM ] [FeC1(4)] was adsorbed with a strong magnet. After that, ethanol was used for reverse extraction and the internal standard method was used for quantification. Within their respective linear ranges, the linear relationships of the 13 kinds of bisphenol compounds were good (r>0.99), with limits of detection (LODs) of 8-15 ng/kg and limits of quantification (LOQs) of 21-40 ng/kg, respectively. Besides, the average recoveries (n = 6) were 86.7%-101.3% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 6.7%-13.9%. This method showed a high green index, and could be used for the detection of bisphenol compounds in the practical samples, displaying good potential in the green, rapid and on-site detection of bisphenol compounds in plastic toy products.
