摘要
The quality of vegetable seeds is important due to the high investments in implantation , during the production process, so that success depends on the establishment of the appropriate stand for each culture. In this context, the objective of this work was to evaluate the physiological potential of rocket seeds and the field productivity of plants subjected to doses of bovine urine combined with organic fertilizers based on bovine manure and compost. The experiments were carried out at the Federal University of the Agreste of Pernambuco (UFAPE). In laboratory, the experimental design was completely randomized in a 3 x 3 factorial scheme, with four replications, consisting of three cultivars (Agatha, Folha Larga e Giovana) and three germination temperatures of 15, 20 and 35 oC, the means being compared by Tukey's test at 5% probability. In the field, the experimental design was in randomized blocks in a 6 x 2 factorial scheme, with four replications and the treatments consisted of six doses of bovine urine (20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 mL) and organic fertilizer applications to based on tanned cattle manure and compost. Water content, germination percentage, germination speed index and average germination time were evaluated, as well as bunch weight, stem diameter, leaf length and productivity. It was found that the seeds of cv. "Agatha" showed better physiological potential. And the increase in the doses of bovine urine using compost provided an increase in the weight of the bunch, stem diameter, leaf length and plant productivity in the field.
