The Construction Project Manager handout was provided. Ananth will send out the latest version. D4 has sent out a memo defining the Role of the CPM and how it relates it to the QC\QA program. Lee has sent it out to Op centers and working with PM's on how they are doing their job-process setup with new goals. D1 sent out a memo with the handout and has monthly PM meetings, using the PM Handbook, best practices. Janet will send a sample agenda to all. D2 has passed out the handout and met with PSU. D3 has discussed with PSU. Ananth suggested that you include the FHWA Engineer on these meetings. D5 has not done anything but believes it would be better to come from DCE. D6 has done nothing yet, no scheduled meeting with PM's in district. D7 has sent out the handout, meeting once a month with PM and does not normally invite the Sr. Project Engineer. TP has conducted training on Sunshine Law, meeting once a month on N and S of TP. Janet will find a GEC to edit the Role of the Construction Project Manager.
