摘要

•A sliding segmentation algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of data deficient.•The selected optimal model was used to realize the diagnosis of soybean disease period.•Provide soybean bacterial spot disease leaf data set.•It provides a reference for the identification of the development process of other crop leaf diseases.
