Abstract
This paper proposes a choke-less class-E oscillator with a p-MOSFET and an n-MOSFET. The main circuit of the proposed oscillator is based on RF choke-less class-E power amplifier. Therefore, the proposed oscillator, which has no choke coil, achieves zero-voltage switching (ZVS) and zero-voltage derivative switching (ZVDS). In simulation with LTspice, a designed circuit oscillated at 806 kHz and dc to ac power conversion efficiency was S7.05 % at 0. S00 W. In circuit experiment, the operating frequency was 792 kHz and dc-ac power conversion efficiency including driving power for the MOSFETs was 71.60 % at 0.683 W.
