Abstract
This study investigates the outage performance of a dual-hop single-phase non-orthogonal multi-access system. The base station applies the Alamouti orthogonal space-time block coding technique and communicates simultaneously with two mobile users. One of these users works as a full-duplex relay for the other one. The system model is developed, and fundamental analytical equations are defined. The outage probability of the considered system is investigated in Rayleigh fading channels via Monte Carlo simulations.
