Deep ultraviolet (DUV) communication shows great potential in future wireless communication due to its non-line-of-sight (NLOS) security, omnidirectional communication links, Solar-blind for outdoor applications, and low background noise. In this work, we demonstrated a simple method to achieve the response wavelength tunable Deep UV photodetector for NLOS Ultraviolet Communication, which could facilitate the ultraviolet optical signal demodulated/restored or opto-electrical (O-E) conversion and meets the need for wavelength division multiplexing in deep UV spectra.
