This study is a pioneering effort to evaluate the quality of BgRT plans for prostate cancer patients using the [18F]-DCFPyL PSMA radiotracer. Our results showed that all BgRT plans met the planning objectives defined in the Timmerman protocol. BgRT with [18F]-DCFPyL represents a promising treatment modality for patients with prostate cancer. Further research is needed to validate this approach, including a comprehensive assessment of the dosimetric and tracking accuracy through physical measurements.
