Parametric Response Mapping of Co-Registered Ivim MRI and PET to Identify Radioresistant Sub-Volumes in Locally Advanced Cervical Carcinoma Undergoing CCRT
International journal of radiation oncology, biology, physics(2023)
摘要
PRM, generated from PET and IVIM MRI, was applied to patients with locally advanced cervical carcinoma and radioresistant sub-volumes were identified which may predict treatment response. The complementary information provided from PET and IVIM, combined using PRM, may assist in decision-making to individualize therapies, such as with image guided brachytherapy, to improve patient outcomes.
